Spectrim
is a locally owned and operated company specialising in shade sails, upholstery and autotrim. The company has recently changed hands from Hamish McGauchie, who originally opened the business in 2013, to Billy Laherty. Billy has worked with Hamish for the past 8 years on projects of all sizes. A big thank you to Hamish for all of his efforts over the years. With new ownership has come a change of address. We have now moved back into town to Shed 4, 66 Smith St. We will continue to provide the same friendly service and quality work. For any enquiries, please get in touch, we are happy to help.

Shade Sails
Custom shade sails to suit your space
Whether you need a shade sail to cover your back yard, car port or garden, we've got you covered. We handle everything from the installation of posts, sail tracks and roof mounts to the manufacturing and hanging.
Have a hole? We also do patches!
Custom covers and repairs.
We can repair and recover your car and motorbike seats, as well as repair the foam. Saggy roof lining? We can swap that out too.
Autotrim
Upholstery
Outdoors and indoors.
We supply a variety of materials to suit your needs. We can make new, plush indoor seating or UV rated outdoor cushions made to last. We can mend sections by replacing individual panels or make an old couch new again by reupholstering the covers in your chosen fabric, repairing fames and adding new suspensions and foam.
